Transition from Jail to Community (TJC)

The TJC Unit is devoted to providing intensive community reintegration programs to sentenced incarcerated persons with a medium-to-high-risk to reoffend.  Incarcerated persons qualifying for the TJC housing unit must agree to abide by the TJC rules and be sentenced as “AB 109 MSR” (Mandatory Supervised Release).  These incarcerated persons are sentenced to county jail and are required to be on probation supervision after release from custody.

Deposits to an incarcerated person's trust (commissary) and telephone accounts can be made in the following ways:

There is a fee to use these services. The charge will appear on your credit card/checking statement as INCARCERATED PERSON PAYMENT.
