- Know all routes off of the mountain.
- Have a predetermined family plan:
- Where will family meet?
- Emergency contact phone numbers outside the area.
- Leave a note in your house how to contact you and where you will be.
- Remember: People, Pets, Prescriptions, Papers, Photos and Personal Protective Equipment.
- Bring an official document with your physical mailing address on it, such as a utility bill, car registration, etc. in order to provide proof of physical residency.
- Tune in to local radio or TV stations for fire information.
- Sign up for our Everbridge Alert System. This is a free service where we can deliver you notifications about a potential safety hazard or concern. You will receive a message to the email, voice or text communication methods that you have registered. There is no need to respond to messages received, as this is a one-way communication tool.
